Monthly figures are planning equivalents. OpenRedakt does not present a month-to-month payment schedule on this page.

Licensing
How licensing works
OpenRedakt uses sales-led provisioning and named-user licenses. Your team manages assigned access in the Control Center; this page does not imply online checkout or instant activation.
1
Choose the package and quantity
Request a sales conversation with the package and number of named-user licenses your organization needs.
2
OpenRedakt provisions access
OpenRedakt provisions your organization, one-year term, approved package, and purchased license quantity in the Control Center.
3
Your team assigns licenses
An organization owner/admin invites colleagues and assigns or releases named-user licenses by email in the Control Center.
4
Each computer is activated
Each named user signs in on the Windows desktop. The Control Center issues a signed, device-bound license, and an owner/admin can view and release activated computers. Device allowances are confirmed in your quote.
Pricing FAQ
Questions before you choose
The sales team can confirm the commercial and deployment details that depend on your organization.
Essential is licensed for document redaction. Advanced is licensed for audio redaction and does not include Essential's document capabilities. Complete Suite brings the document and audio workflows together under one license.
Essential and Complete Suite import PDF, Word (.docx), RTF, HTML, Markdown and plain text. Legacy Word (.doc), Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument and CSV files also work when LibreOffice is installed on the same computer. They export PDF, PDF/A (archival) and multi-page TIFF Group IV, with an optional redaction report as PDF and CSV. Advanced and Complete Suite import WAV, MP3, M4A, AAC, FLAC, OGG, OGA, Opus, WMA, AIFF, ALAC and AMR. They export Redacted audio as WAV, MP3, M4A, AAC, FLAC, OGG or Opus, and redacted transcripts as TXT, SRT, VTT, DOCX or PDF.
OpenRedakt is a Windows 10 or 11 desktop application. Detection, redaction and export run on the computer itself using components installed with OpenRedakt; signing in needs an internet connection, and each named user has one active desktop session at a time. Converting legacy Word, Excel and PowerPoint files needs LibreOffice installed on the same computer.
Licenses are billed annually. Monthly figures on this page are equivalents provided for planning; they do not represent a month-to-month subscription option.
Tell our sales team which package you are considering and the number of named-user licenses you expect to need. After provisioning, your organization owner or administrator can invite colleagues and assign or release licenses by email in the Control Center.
Choose Complete Suite when the same team needs both supported workflows: document redaction and audio redaction. Its public price remains subject to business confirmation, so contact sales for current commercial terms.
Yes. Use the demo enquiry form to describe the formats and review workflow you want to evaluate, and select the package you are considering if you already know it.
OpenRedakt is Windows desktop software. A named user signs in on the computer, and the Control Center issues a signed, device-bound license. Your quote confirms the device allowance for the package and deployment you are evaluating.
